Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

"We," "Us," "Our" - Refers to Aurora AI and our Skool community.

"You," "Your," "Member" - Refers to any individual who is an active paid member of our Skool community.

"Subaccount" - A HighLevel CRM account created under our master agency account, provided to community members at no monthly subscription cost.

"HighLevel" - Refers to HighLevel, the CRM and marketing automation platform.

"Community Membership" - Active, paid subscription to our Skool community, which grants eligibility for the free subaccount benefit.

"Usage-Based Services" or "LC Services" - HighLevel's pay-per-use communication services including but not limited to LC Phone (calls and SMS), LC Email, LC AI, and WhatsApp conversations.

"Wallet" - A pre-loaded credit system where your payment card is charged to add credits, which are then deducted as you use services.

"Service Premium" - The 20% additional charge applied to HighLevel's base usage costs to maintain the free platform access for all community members.

"Grace Period" - The 14-day period after membership cancellation during which you can reactivate membership or request account migration before permanent deactivation.

"Migration" - The process of transferring all your subaccount data, campaigns, and configurations to your own independent HighLevel account.
